Earthen Images Studio is situated in the Craft Cenre of a 4oo acre park at
Markinch, Fife, Scotland. Within the park are Balbirnie House Hotel, famous
for their weddings, an 18 hole golf course, a caravan park. an ancient stone
circle, bridleways and woodland walks.Balbirnie Park is a short drive from
St Andrews (25mins), Edinburgh(35mins), Perth(30mins)and Glasgow( 1hr and
30mins).

From Edinburgh - cross the Forth Bridge and join the M90, take the A92
junction to Kirkcaldy/Glenrothes, continue on the A92 at Glenrothes towards
St Andrews. Take first right to Markinch and the entrance to the park is on
your left(1 mile from A92). The craft centre is signposted from the entrance
to the park.

All the products made by Earthen Images are hand made so each one is an
individual and unique to anyone who buys, so therefore they will not look
exactly the same as the picture. Only the pose will be as requested.I always
say that if we are having a good day in the workshop you can tell by the
expression.
Every Moggie comes with it`s own LEGEND.
The Methil Moggie is a direct decendant of the legendary "McMoggie" who was
a cat of some repute. Legend has it that "McMoggie" disposed of 1026 dogs
single handedly in the town of Methil centuries ago. Over the span of time
the cats have lost their fierceness and are now the loveable rogues and
rascals that we know as Methil Moggies. Legends such as this are rife in the
Kingdom of Fife.
